I absolutely LOVE any strawberry jam, but this is an exceptionally delicious strawberry jam. The mint flavour is perfect with the strawberry, and my morning toast has just become much more tasty!

This is the BEST strawberry jam for scones. The mint taste is unmistakable but not overpowering. It's one of the essentials I had to have during lockdown.
