Muffin, cake or bread?
After tasting this bread I found myself confused as to what it was meant to taste like and what the texture should have been. My initial reaction was that I was eating a muffin, as it didn't quite work as a bread (too soft). However it didn't quite work as a muffin (too dry) either. Instant happiness in a bag
Chocoholics rejoice! This beer bread really is idiot proof and has the taste and texture of something that you would have spent way more time and effort making. It should feature as a standby in everyone's pantry.

Topped with some fresh whipped cream for the ultimate indulgence, it's a crowd-pleasing dessert to whip uRead more

Bread/Brownie hybrid
Had some of the bread that was baked in a muffin tin, the result was somewhere between a muffin and a brownie. Didn't get a strong beer taste, but the chocolate made up for it! Would recommend adding a little bit of salt to the batter before baking.
