• Care instructions

  • Before first use, wash with warm water and a mild detergent
  • This product is dishwasher safe but we recommend hand washing with warm water, a mild detergent and a cloth or non-abrasive sponge
  • After drying your cookware thoroughly, using a paper towel, wipe the interior with a thin layer of cooking oil before storing
  • Using high heat suitable fats and oils will prolong the life of your cookware
  • Avoid using cold-pressed oils like olive oil, diet fats and diet margarine
  • Don't overheat your cookware for prolonged periods of time as the oil or fat will burn and leave a black residue which could damage the non-stick coating
  • To prevent scratching, don’t use metal utensils or knives in your AMT Gastroguss cookware
  • Don’t slide your cookware over your stove range
  • After use, the surface might change to a light brown colour — this is normal and shouldn't be removed with steel wool or scouring agent
