The name comes from the secateurs that shape the bushvines during the winter pruning and are used to pick the ripe grapes in summer.

This is one of the best Chenin Blanc wines available at present. Smooth, fruity, with a heaviness on the palate. It has won a number of awards. Recently rated as one of the most popular wines from the Swartland region.
